Equus Coaching is a three-way partnership for self-discovery and personal growth. With thoughtful questions from your coach and real-time, honest feedback from the horse, you will build deeper self-awareness and learn to live or lead from a more authentic place. I am presently an Equus-Coach-In-Training through the Center for Equus Coaching and offering discounted rates on Equus Coaching.

We all have patterns in how we think, behave, and communicate that are sometimes easier for others to see than they are for us to recognize ourselves. The Blindspotting Assessment helps uncover where your natural strengths and tendencies may sometimes be getting in your way or where you may have a gap in self-awareness — and then coaching can help you see where small shifts could make a meaningful difference. Used with individuals or teams, the assessment creates a practical starting point for deeper self-awareness, more productive conversations, and intentional growth. As a certified Blindspotting Assessment practitioner, I help clients understand what their results mean and translate those insights into changes they can put to work.
