My approach starts with the belief that YOU are the expert on your life - you already have the answers within you. Through thoughtful questions, guided reflection, and experiential learning, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and uncover insights that help you move forward. Rather than giving advice, I support you in building self-awareness, gaining clarity, and finding a way forward that feels authentic and sustainable in your life and leadership.

Equus Coaching is a three-way partnership for self-discovery and personal growth. With thoughtful questions from your coach and real-time, honest feedback from the horse, you will build deeper self-awareness and learn to live or lead from a more authentic place. I am presently an Equus-Coach-In-Training through the Center for Equus Coaching and offering discounted rates on Equus Coaching.

Team building & facilitation

If your team needs a boost or a project could use some direction, I can help facilitate progress. With years of experience guiding complex projects and workshops, I can engage your team or stakeholders to move you forward. I am a certified SynergyStack® Facilitator and can bring this and other creative methods to improve team dynamics.

About ME

My Background

My background is in conservation and natural resources. I have spent 25 years guiding and collaborating with teams and partners across the private, public, and nonprofit sectors to protect and improve our planet. I have a consulting firm that builds and adds capacity within the conservation community - Grow Conservation LLC.

My coaching journey

Volunteerism guided me down this coaching path. I was helping lead therapeutic horseback riding lessons for children with special needs, and the power of horses to help people started to become readily apparent to me. I enrolled to become an Equus Coach® and dedicate myself to helping others in the way that I have been helped. I am presently an Equus-Coach-In-Training through the Center for Equus Coaching, a program with Level 2 accreditation by the International Coaching Federation.

My dreams

My conservation career has given me the privilege of leaving one type of legacy already - a legacy of lands protected forever for others to enjoy. I now seek a second type of legacy in the lives I can touch and the people I can help along this path that we share.
